The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of genetic defects at the time you take possession.  If the puppy, within 24 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian to not be in good health (internal, external parasites, and kennel cough excluded) you must notify us within 8 hours with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Failure to return written report within 8 hours of exam invalidates this guarantee.  The breeder then agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and registration papers to the breeder.  A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian.  THE BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED.

Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects making him unsuitable as a pet for 1 year from the date of birth.  If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report.  We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange.  The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available.  An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian.  The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred.  Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.

Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it.  It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian.  Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or agreement is void.

The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care.  The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.

Remember, puppies are babies also!  They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm and dry place to sleep, and exercise.  It is not a good idea to expose puppies to other dogs or puppies outside of your home until all three parvo boosters are given to your puppy unless you are sure they have been properly vaccinated.  Other dogs can expose your new puppy to illnesses you have no control over.  If your other dogs have not been regularly vaccinated, you are irresponsibly exposing them to illness and harm.

All of our puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is made as to size, disposition, conformation,  breeding ability, or color change.

We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention.  He/she will need the same attention from you.

We require a $100.00 deposit to hold a puppy.  We must receive payment in full before your puppy will be shipped or picked up.  Forms of payment accepted are cash, cashier's check or credit/debit card.

Breeder is bound by this agreement to original buyer only.

Micro chipping available upon request at a small additional cost.
